123RF.com launches Corporate Stockphoto Intranet (CSI)

Wednesday, May 28th, 2008

On May 28 123RF.com announced the launch of Corporate Stockphoto Intranet (CSI). 123RF’s CSI will empower corporate companies with a large number of creative designers, art buyers and art directors to search, lightbox and download from 123RF’s image library of over 2 million royalty-free stock photos and illustrations. Stephanie Sitt, the VP of Sales and Marketing for 123RF states that, “The main advantage of CSI is that companies are able retain its own corporate identity while 123RF plays the part of creative content supplier in the background.”

CSI comes with easy-to-monitor reporting pages that keep track of users’ downloads. Appointed CSI Administrators may create user accounts and assign individual download quotas to users within their company. 123RF will provide CSI clients with continuous version updates which directly translates to valuable savings on expertise, manpower, bandwidth & hardware costs.

Sitt goes on to explain that CSI was created in an effort to further promote 123RF’s contributors’ images to large organizations worldwide. She later concludes by saying “CSI will help expand our client’s service and product offering, enabling our clients to subsequently empower their own clients, partners or staff members to search, compile and download images in a more familiar and controlled environment.”

For a promotional period, 123RF’s Corporate Stockphoto Intranet comes FREE to clients who purchase a minimum of 2,500 download credits - at a 30% discount rate! Approved by both 123 Royalty Free and Stockxpert

Tuesday, March 11th, 2008

Yesterday I learned that I had been approved by both 123 Royalty Free and Stockxpert. All ten photos that I sent to 123 Royalty Free where approved so I submitted another 45. They where all approved! Very nice! I only hope that I can earn some money from them now.

Today I got an e-mail from BigStockPhoto telling me which of my images where approved and which where not. One image got rejected because it didn’t have a signed model release. I was so flattered! It’s a totally computer generated image of a pregnant black woman but apparently it looks very real. That’s probably the best compliment I could ever get. I wish all my computer generated images looked that “real”.

123 Royalty Free has some cool things you can put on your website. One is a “mini slideshow widget” that shows some of your images from your portfolio. The other thing is an image search box that can be modified to show the latest uploads from your portfolio or your most popular images or even both. You can view the mini slideshow widget below…

And the “winner” is…

…Anna! I will join 123 Royalty Free through the link http://www.123rf.com/src_annichen. Thank you to all of you who gave me your links. I will certainly join more microstock agencies in the future and will give you the chance to recruit me again then. It will be interesting to see how it goes with 123 Royalty Free. I will report back what my experience is in the future.

24 hours only! Who wants to recruit me for an almost guaranteed profit?

Friday, March 7th, 2008

I’ve decided that I should join a couple of more microstock agencies to try and increase my earnings. I thought I would give someone the chance to recruit me. Since I hope to make a lot of money in the future that would mean that the person recruiting me would get a part of that income. Of course I can’t guarantee that I will make any money but at least there is a big possibility. The first agency I’m going to join is 123 Royalty Free. The person who recruits me has the possibility to earn this:

If one of my images are sold

You as an affiliate get…

Low Res

$0.10

Medium Res

$0.20

High/Ultra High Res

$0.30

Extended License

$2.00

I will choose one of the affiliate links in the comments to this post after 24 hours have past. After that I will announce the “winner”.
